In case the Training Program/Workshop/Seminar gets cancelled by us the student/participant is entitled to a full refund of the payment. In such a case, the student/participant is also free to register for the next available Training Program/Workshop/Seminar instead of asking for the refund of the fees/payment.

• The management reserves the right to decide on the refund (partial/full) of the payment made for any of our product(s) and service(s) on a case to case basis. The decision will be taken based on the Terms & Conditions and the policies of the company. Any refund (if applicable) shall be made within 15 days through credit into the student’s bank accounts as per the details specified by them or through the same channel which was used as the mode of payment.
