Mr. Nilesh Bohra (Chief Mentor, Co-Founder and CEO)
Nilesh has been investing and trading in stock market since 2005. In this period he has witnessed and experienced both Bear and Bull market cycles. He is a trained technical analyst and a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of stock market. He has undergone many professional training courses both domestic and international. The skills that he acquired from the various trainings and his vast experience in the stock market have helped him become a professional and successful trader.
He has the unique combination of being an experienced hand-on trader and a passionate skilled trainer. He trades regularly for a living. He is passionate about empowering people with the right knowledge, skill and discipline required to make it big and become successful in stock market, to create sustainable long term wealth and to generate passive income.
He has a degree in Electronics Engineer from Mumbai University and he has also done an Executive Business Management Program from IIM, Calcutta. He has over 16 years of rich experience of working in the IT Industry. During this tenure he worked with leading MNC companies and has travelled across United States, Europe, Africa and certain Asian Countries. In 2014, he happily resigned from the post of a Program Director, left his lucrative IT career and became a full time trader and a trainer.
He has been a Freelance Consultant and Faculty with Motilal Oswal for a period of nearly 2 years where he trained more than 5000 people in the basics of stock market and trading.
Mr. Shailesh Bohra (Co-Founder and CFO)
In his role Mr. Shailesh is responsible for :
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company’s financial health and performance.
- Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support ongoing operations.
Mr. Saurabh Jain (CTO & Digital Marketing Head)
In his role Mr. Saurabh is responsible for :
- Implement company’s technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company’s technical resources, to ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for new technology solutions, and evaluate the impact of these solutions on the business.
